This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors and users of serehq.co, newsletter.serehq.co, partners.serehq.co, and any related Seré properties operated by Seré HQ LLC.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Newsletter subscription: When you subscribe to The Language Gap, we collect your email address via Kit (formerly ConvertKit). You may optionally provide your first name.
• Contact and inquiry forms: When you reach out via email or contact forms, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message).
• Scheduling: When you book a call via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences per their own privacy policy.
• Site analytics: We may use standard analytics tools to understand site traffic. This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health records, financial information, or government IDs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send The Language Gap newsletter (if you have subscribed)
• Respond to inquiries and facilitate booked calls
• Understand how people use the Site so we can improve it
• Send transactional emails related to your engagement with Seré

If you subscribe to The Language Gap newsletter, you will receive weekly emails from Seré. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out by emailing hello@serehq.co. We will honor all unsubscribe requests promptly.

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic analytics. These do not contain personally identifiable information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the Site.

We retain newsletter subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from active mailing lists. Inquiry data is retained for a reasonable period for business correspondence purposes.
